Ordering
We request information from the user on our order form when making a purchase. Here, is where a user must provide their contact information and shipping information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill the customer’s order. If we have difficulty processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the customer.
Any colours, photos or illustrations shown on the web site are for illustrative purposes only and may vary for certain colours or styles of products. Customers may confirm the availability of products, colours or styles by Sweet Revenge.
Variations from pictured items
In some cases it may be necessary to change a colour or vary a product from the picture on our site as certain cake decorating items may from time to time be unavailable.
Please note that where colours are concerned, the picture represented on our website may not be a true representation of the colour of the cake as quite often screen colours and resolutions are not correct and therefore your cake may appear to be different in colour from that shown.
Where items are provided on cakes (figurines or handmade sugared items) they are strictly provided as decorations on a cake, if there are any breakages or faults with the items after they are removed from the cake we will not replace, exchange or make new items.
Disclaimer
You are responsible for your order once you have received it, Sweet Revenge does not except any liability for your order once you have received it.
Sweet Revenge will not be held liable for any damages that may occur after the product has been collected or delivered and setup.
Disputes
Any refund given for disputes a product are completely at the discretion of Sweet Revenge and are not automatic coverd in our returns policy.
Publication
From time to time our designs are published in cake magazines and other publications; we reserve the right to use any image of a cake made by Sweet Revenge for publication at a later date.
Intellectual Property
All Custom Cake Designs that are made at Sweet Revenge remain the intellectual property of Sweet Revenge.
Any photographs that have been taken of our Cakes cannot be used for commercial or public purposes without the Permission of Sweet Revenge
All designs, either in full or in part, may not be reproduced. Product Sales.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
(a) Returns and refunds are strictly valid for 7 days from date of purchase subject to the NSW Department of Fair Trading legislation.
(b) All products returned must be in original purchased condition.
(c) Any products returned may incur up to a 50% restocking fee and is up to the distributor’s discretion.
(d) Any deposits on orders placed with Sweet Revenge are non-refundable.
(c) It is your responsibility to ensure your primary email address listed in our billing system is functional and working, so you can receive notifications, payment reminders, suspension notices, etc. Please ensure you have whitelisted our email address in your spam filter settings.
Privacy & Security
Sweet Revenge is subject to the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 and this Privacy Statement explains how Sweet Revenge protects the privacy of any personal information it obtains about you.

Order Payment & Pricing
Payment for an order is required at time of order.
Payment options include, PAYPAL and Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). For all payments made via EFT, please indicate your order number as a reference, to assist in a speedy reconciliation of your payment.

When ordering online or over the phone, please note, you may be requested to show proof of ID (e.g. licence) and the credit card used to purchase the item prior to delivery.
